I need to update the details inside a pagelist embedded as a table when I update some values/texts in the main section. During the update, it takes about 2 seconds for the changes to apply and looks as if Pega is frozen to the user. So I want to show an overlay of "loading" screen until the changes have been applied.

Can you mark the section as a defer load? Then I believe "Loading..." will if you mark it as defer load unless the section is populated. Also, if possible please attach the screenshots, in case the above suggestion did not work for you.

I think you may consider busy Indicator functionality to show busy indicator until your change takes place

Hello, thank you for all the suggestions.

Although it was not exactly what I first wanted but defer load suggested was sufficient show the user as if the screen is "responsive".
