Scroll to top button on right side of screen

Hi,

We have a requirement in which whenever the user scrolls down a button should appear on the right side similar to this website.

On click of button, it should scroll to the top of the screen smoothly. I've tried creating a custom HTML rule and button is visible and fixed on the right side. But the javascript is not executing as expected and screen goes blank on click of button.

Any inputs are much appreciated.
