Deploying to Server

Is there a size to the deployment file or a timeout that occurs when deploying files?

I have a solution with multiple projects which gives me an error publishing to server. However I'm able to deploy independent projects within the solution. My doubt is that the deployment file is too big and package server is either not able to accept big packages, or is getting timed out before it can be uploaded.

The deployment file is over 5MB.
