Delete stuck active conversations in a Pega chat queue
Is there a way to manually delete the active conversations that are displayed in the Chat Queue view of the Manager tools for Pega Chat?
We are noticing that when reviewing the active conversations for that queue, those are already completed (have the conversation disconnected message). This is giving us an incorrect active conversations number for a queue and innacurate AHT.
