Delete of Operator is not possible - Operator has invisible checked out rules

Hi Pega,
we have some operators which can't be deleted, Pega displays the message "Error: ** This operator has rules checked out ......"
When I'm logged in with one of these operator, Pega says there are no checked out rules.
But, when I'm executing a query against table pwbv4_rule_locking for the OperatorID, I find some results.
What's the correct procedure to remove the operator from the system?

Hello Uwe,
You can remove the privileges and access roles, so that the operator cannot be used and then delete the operators.
Note: Cases associated with these operators can't be progressed after this, so you either need to resolve them first or transfer to an operator which won't be deleted.
