record cannot be deleted as it has a checked out version
Hi
I am unable to delete a withdrawn flow rule from the application. Getting the error : "record cannot be deleted as it has a checked out version" even though this rule is not checked out by anyone else. Can anyone help me on this

It looks like the message is generated from the Rule-.Delete activity. You can trace the process and check those values.
Preconditions for step 2

Hi Carissa
I have two rules for that rule:
1.In version 03-01-01-Withdrawn
2.In version 03-22-01-Withdrawn(Which I saved as from 03-01-01)--This rule needs to be deleted.
