Unable to Check Out Any Rules
Did this ever get resolved? We are experiencing the same issue now. All of a sudden, no one is able to check out any rules.

Our issue is now resolved. It was a .jar file that was uploaded to the system for a new feature earlier in the week that somehow conflicted with Pega, but the conflict only came on later after a server restart. We removed the jar file, and all is fine again. The inability to check out rules was just a bizarre side-effect!
