I've selected "Delete open assignments upon resolution" flag in my case type. When my case reaches this stage, I am updating the status. When I click on submit, it's throwing the error "unable to open assign-workbasket" error. However, this issue is inconsistent as it is only reproducible by some of the production users. Nevertheless, the case status is updated thus not affecting the case or reports but is misleading to the user. I am not able see the workbasket instance displayed in the error message in "Assign-Workbasket" instances.
Can somebody help me on this? PFA doc for the design screenshots.
