Delayed Queue Processor does not work with alternate accessgroup
Hi ,
We are getting "Unable enqueue message to dealyed queue "XXX" due to Database exceptopn" , when we are queueing an item to Dedicated Delayed Queue processor with Alternate accessgroup configuration in Queue-For-Processing method. Did anyone face this issue in Pega 8.3?

Hi,
Yes, it is same access issue mentioned in the above article and we have followed the same resolution.
In our case, we don't want to update the user's accessgroup for the implementation instead we want to create a separate accessgroup for queue processors which has the suggested ARO and using it in Alternate accessgroup while queueing by Queue-for-processing method but getting the error.

The 'Alternate access group' specified is used when the queue processor runs so it will use that access group to process the item. The user still needs to have access to queue up the item.
