Hi,

We recently encountered a scenario where a queue processor while trying to update a case got a lock error. Then the retry attempts were executed immediately. As the lock was released by another requestor, the retry attempts from queue processor also resulted in Lock failure.

Is there a way to configure 'Min age for processing' during retry attempts just like how standard agents used to support.

The option which we tried was by using 'Wait' method, but that is not foolproof.

Any inputs to solve this would be greatly appreciated.
