Defect in pxIndexInPageListIgnoreCase method (Version 8.6.1)

I came across a defect in method pxIndexInPageListIgnoreCase in Pega version 8.6.1. I have pagelist where specific property is available only in one page. In remaining pages, that property doesn't exist. This method always returns 1, no matter where that page is in pagelist.
