This feature is already present in latest CPM 7.x versions when you launch Interaction Portal instead of CSR portal.

Can you confirm CPM version you are using ?

This is not something that is available out of the box. There are other user experience things you need to think about before implementing something like this. What happens when the timer expires and the CSR is not done ? do you need the work to go away ? or some other styling change to indicate they are over time ?

This would have to be implmented using a custom javascript section within your work area. You can google building a countdown timer using javascript. Once you have the value of the remaining time, you can simply find the element where you want to display the value and set it for display. 

I would not attach any sort of server side work processing to the timer expiry. That would be very disruptive. You can display the timer for guidance, which would be ok.

I have a Requirement where i need to show the CountDownTimer  based on a Clipboard Property Value, i am making use of CTICallTimer section for Display and the code i have writeen in a section like this:

But Still i am unable to see the CountDownTimer,it was Just Printing the Default time set for the CTICallTimer Section,PFA.Suggest me in how to provide Start and End Time values for this timer to work.
