Date is decreased by one day

Hi,

when we select a date which is Date Time, if we submit and come back to the same screen - the date is decreasing by one day. But in Clipboard it is storing correct value including the time with GMT.

I tried creating new property and mapping it to the section on that UI and also used Date Time Formats. But my issue isn't solved.

Can anyone help me to solve this issue?

Hi @MANGIPUDI LAKSHMI SIRISHA,

While using a DateTime property to store/represent a date, the datetime object has its Time Component set to 00:00:00.

Pega stores the Date values in the database in GMT format and it will not save as per server time. Hence, it results in a day before.

Use the appropriate property type whenever is possible to avoid the risk of incurring in this issue.
