Data table changes not getting reflected in UI
Hi,
There was a requirement to make changes into data table values. The UI having repeat grid is referring to a pagelist and the source of this page list is data page and this data page is getting value from data table. when I am running the data page, in the output the new changes are getting reflected . but when I am looking in UI the old values are coming.
I flushed the data page, restarted the server with clearing cache, cleared browser cache as well, but the changes are not getting reflected.
kindly give me some suggestion.

Hi Purnima,
Thanks for posting your query to PSC :)
I have tried to create a similar usecase and found everything is working as expected. I have changed the values of the data table and run the usecase and found the new values are getting populated in the grid.
Please find below for my configurations:
1. Created a section and include a repeat grid whose source is a PageList [TestPL1].
2. "The UI having repeat grid is referring to a pagelist and the source of this page list is data table." - As per my understanding of this point, I have sourced the PageList with DataPage (created for the Datatable) using 'Refer to a data page' in the property rule form.
3. I have few records in the DataTable and now I have changed the values of two records and saved everything and created a case.
Now in UI I can see the new values in the Repeat grid. Please find below screen shot for your reference.(Attached)
This is my observation. Can you please let me know if I have missed any step to replicate the issue.

Let me know if i have missed anything.

yes Chinmai, your understanding is correct, even I have also performed these steps, however the new values are not getting populated in the repeating grid of UI

Hi,
I think it would be good to open a SR(Support Request) with GCS to troubleshoot it further.
Thanks,

I have updated your post above. On looking into the SR, I saw that you had not mentioned the URL to this post. I have left an internal pulse post so that it eases the investigation for the engineers!
