Data Synchronisation issue with windows PEGA client
Hi Team,
Settings has been done with respect to the offline mobility for windows PEGA client. No issues observed when we tested in local machine and facing Data synchronisation issue when we tested in development environment.
Can any one help me on this?

Hi Hallj,
Now I am able the sync the data, but now I am getting No routing info for the case I opened and I am not able to launch Modal dialogue in offline.
Can you please suggest on this.
One more query, Is it mandatory to maintain optimistic lock for the case to work in offline?

Thanks for the confirmation. Once I opened the case in PEGA client I am getting no routing info error on the page and I am not able to launch Modal Dialogue in offline. Can you please help me on this.

Looks like your assignment is in Problem_Flow instead of regular flows. Can you remove or fix your flows/assignments and recheck.
Local action(modal dialog) is supported in offline, do you see any logs in console?

Hi Raidv,
I am creating new cases, I am able to open the same case in browser without any issues but when I open in PEGA client I am getting this issue.
When I click the button nothing happening, I don't see logs captured at this time.
Can you please suggest me on this.
