On dashboard,Tab name is not highlighting on hover in IE 11 when the same is working on Chrome

Hi Team,

On my dashboard, I have 4 tabs to display different set of data. when I hover on other tab the tab name is not getting highlighted in IE11 the same is working on Chrome.

Can someone suggest me the solution if anyone came across similar issue.

Attached screenshot for reference from both IE and chrome.

The issue is resolved, This is due to the custom CSS written on the same layout group format. 

I have made changes in skin rule for the layout group format as for selected tab and unselected tab different font and style.
