Ticket with Same Name
In a Flow,if I have 2 tickets with same name , at run time, will it throw any error?

On the same flow, it might throw an error however in same case for different flow you can use same ticket.

Yes. The scope of a raised ticket includes all flows on the current work item. So, a unique name is required.
