for customizing the SendCorrespondence Flow Action
Where do I customize so that I can have subjects, Correspondence rules and workparties are dynamically populated after clicking send correspondence. User should be able to verify them and send email by another click?

Hi,
I notice some things that may be useful:
1) There's a SendCorrespondence flow whose history tab says it can be used for situations where verification is needed. Please see if this gives a useful departure point for you.
2) There's both a Work- and a @baseclass flow action called SendCorrespondence. Notice that one of them refers to an html called ctionSecndCorrespondence that checks whether the primary page is embedded.
3) There's also a flow called VerifySendCorr that is more involved and may have examples of some of the features you need.

I see that besides the SendCorrespondence flow, there is a SendCorrespondence flow action. Although it is non-auto-generated, take a look and see whether it looks extendable. I had some trouble understanding your sentence containing " I can have subjects, Correspondence rules and workparties . . .". Is there a comma that should be a period or something like that? /Eric

Hi Eric,
Thank you for your reply. I tried to understand the SendCorrespondence Flow Action using the sample correspondence rules and observed different behaviours when choosing different sampel correspondence rules, for examples, sometimes they have subject to be filled in manually and other times, the subject is autopopulated, and not visible to the users for example. Where are these parameters set to differ from one sample correspondence to another while I am using the same flow action?
