Customized GetNextWork rules are not picking when NoAssignmentsAvailable harness is displayed for no assignments in workbasket/worklist

Hello,

I need help on why the customized GetNextWork rules are not picking for GetNextWork Action perfomed on UI screen whenever we are returned with NoAssignmentsAvailable harness is displayed. If we don't close this harness and still performing the GetnNextWork it is picking OOTB rules instead of customized rules. The current application context is loosing when we get NoAssignmentsAvailable harness.

Note: The customized rules are picking if we close the NoAssignmentsAvailable harness by clicking on close button provided in the section.

Please let me know if anybody know this.
