Customer details needed in Decision funnel simulation
Currently when ever we do decision funnel PEGA is resulting the how many customers passed each decision component. We would also like to know the customer ids who passed in each component.
Does PEGA has any extensions to add the customer ids to Data-Decision-SimulationMetrics(pr_data_explain_simulation)

Hi @DevarajPrathapaneni , currently we do not have such extensions. May I ask what is the need behind having all the customer ids available ? What kind of analysis would you like to perform on that data ? Best regards Massimiliano D'Angelo

Business needs to be able to validate whether customers in target group for proposition and/or treatment are correct, meaning by looking into the sample real customers understand if the described eligibility rules are enough and/or the data terms behind are correct (meaning correctly sourced).
Such kind of validation is needed because no-one is 100% perfect and quite often we might see that we might have missed some rule (because of not being able to foresee that a rule might be missing) OR from data sourcing perspective we initially might not see the potential shortcomings.
Remark: this kind of testing is not a technical testing of whether rules logic string works but a validation by business that we are not missing any rules and/or that underlying data is correct/suits our needs.
