What version of CPM are you using, if you are using CPM?

CPM 712
Using CTLINK Server
CTI running Syntellect now Enghouse CT Connect
Again works on IE10 but not IE11. Popup blocker is turned off for both IE10 and IE11

Hi Gerald,
I believe you need an updated version of CPM to gain better IE11 support. Please see this support article.

Do you have the Developer Live UI (Rule Inspector) enabled ? if yes then please disable this, there were issues we faced in Pega 7.1.7 after upgrade to CPM 7R2ML2 while logging into CTI Toolbar on IE11. Disabling the Rule Inspector fixed the issue.
