CSA CHAT - Need to auto save / synchronize Chat server settings
Hi,
My customer has a requirement where we need to auto-synchronize the pega chat server whenever we assign a skill to operator. Currently we are dynamically assigning skills to new operators at the time of login based on a restricted decision rule but we needed to explicitly synchronize the server settings (for new operators) so that the operator gets access to Pega chat server. Any idea how can I achieve this ? Attachment has sample visuals. Thanks in advance!

Thanks for the reply Amit. However, we need to have the capability to save server settings on user basis. There has been an enhancement request raised.

Hi Kumar, while auto sync on updating an operator is not possible without significant customization. However, the chat server does auto synchronize every night using an agent. This agent is currently set to run on a Recurring basis and scheduled to run at 11:00 PM EST. You can certainly change this to be periodic and make it run more frequently.
