CS for Communications (7.21) installation Pre-requisite
Hi all,
We have a Pega 7.2.2 environment and we are trying to get a CS for Communications environment up and running on this platform. From the Suppirt Community, we got the following package (latest available to be provided):
1. CIF 7.19
2. CPM 7.21
3. CS for Comms 7.21
However, the Installation Guide for CIF 7.19 outlines a pre-requiste of Pega Platfrom 7.19 and not 7.2X. Can we still go ahead and install this set of packages on the 7.2.2 platform? Are there any additional Hot Fixes or any other Scripts required?

Hi,
It looks like a 7.2.2 version of CS for Communications is currently available:

Looking over the install guide for that version, it looks like its prerequisite applications (CIF 7.21 and PegaCS 7.2.2) aligned to the base Pega Platform 7.2.2 version.

Thank You. we received the new stack from the Support Team and have installed it successfully yesterday.
However, now we have one more issues - while running a "New Call" in the CS for Comms application, it gives me the following error - appreciate if anyone can help with this.

Hi,
I'm not very well versed in this kind of DB error, so someone else might be able to chime in with better information, but it seems like the DB user being used by your system doesn't have permission to execute that stored procedure. Might be worth having your DBA confirm on that.
