Query on Pre-Requisites for LSA Readiness Exam

I am planning for CLSA certification in latest version (i.e. 7.2)

I saw in prerequisites for Lead System Architect Readiness Exam –

(I want to understand what is Option1 and Option 2). Do we have to just take any one from Option1 and Option 2 or we need to complete both of them:
