Pre-requisite for CSSA 7.2

I am CSA certified in pega 7.1. Can i get myself certified in CSSA v7.2 with this CSA certification or do i need to get CSA v7.2 certified ?

As long as you are CSA-certified, regardless of the version, you can take the CSSA 7.2 exam.

I am CSA 7.1V certified , but i am facing an prerequisite issue when i am trying to book CSSA 7.2V exam. can you suggest/help on this.

When you register for the CSSA exam in Pearson VUE, you need to use the same Pearson VUE account you used when you took the CSA exam. Then the Pearson VUE registration system knows you have correct prerequisites to register for the CSSA exam. You cannot create a new Pearson VUE account to take your CSSA exam because you will have no exam history in a new Pearson VUE account. If you do not know the Pearson VUE account login you used for your CSA exam, please contact Pearson VUE Support at: http://pearsonvue.com/pegasystems/contact/.

Pega does not have access to make Pearson VUE account changes.
