Creating a case type in app built on WebChatbot
I have created a custom application that I have added WebChatbot as an app that my app is built on.
However, when I go to create a new case type (I want to use a case in my app that is defined in the WebChatbot app), I get the following error:
When I remove the WebChatbot app from the 'Built On' records, I do not receive this error.

To add an existing case type from the built-on application, you can add it to the 'Cases & data' tab of the application rule. It should then show up in the Cases Explorer as well. You may have to log out and log back in for it to update.
