Expose a case type from a built-on application

How do expose a case type from Customer Service framework when using Customer Service for Insurance? i.e. File a complaint

Hi, I tried that and it only gave me options to import cases from Customer service for insurance when I want to expose a case type from customer service which Customer service for insurance is built on.
