WebChatBot Window Header Not Visbile

Hi,

While expanding the Chat window for WebChat Bot, the header is not visble in the Chat Window. That is causing the window to be always maximised i.e minimise and close icon is not coming.Check the attached image.Please help

Is the section/WebChatBot customized here? Can you please check why is it coming as maximized. I mean by using Developer's tools to check the width and height of the div that defines WebChatBot.
