Creating case

Hello,

Please i want to create or update a case type,from explorer panel,i receive this message :

Case Types cannot be added or modified while in a Pega- workpool

 

Please how can i resolve this problem

Hi Shreyas,

I think you are on Pega Platfrom app. You won't be able to create/update any thing in this app. Please create an application if you have not already and switch to that application.
