Create case smart shape pagelist with more than 500 entries
Hi Team,
We ran into an issue recently w.r.t the usage of create case shape.(creating multiple child cases using a pagelist have more than 500 entries)
Observation: Process was not creating more than 500 child cases even though the entries in pagelist was more than than (approx 1000).
Can anyone please guide us on this or suggest some work around where we need to create more than 500 child cases

I think you should be bale to. Did you had memory issues?

Yes the node was going down once we start the process of creating cases over 500+. It was something related to memory usage ,is there any standard guidelines to follow while creating cases in bulk.

It is always difficult to have standard guidelines concerning memory usage. It is all depending on your environment. Also cases could be extremely different from one client to another, you could have cases doing just few KB and cases over MB, so always tricky to have a global guideline.
