CPM Fundamentals PVS: No download option in pdf as well as in lesson

Hello,

I have started learning CPM Fundamentals but I didn't find CPM Download exercise system in PEGA PRPC lessons as well as pdf attached there. I am unable to find PVS file. Can anyone help me?

Hi Rushabh,

I just want to confirm that you need the 6.3 version of the product.  Since it's a very old version at this point.

If you are looking for the more current version of the product it is Pega Customer Service and the entry point for learning that is the Pega Customer Service Foundation course which you can enroll at here:  https://academy.pega.com/library/722/pega-customer-service-foundation
