Download for PVS available?

Is there a way to download PVS (Personal Virtual Server) to practice on my personal machine? 2 years ago I used to practice on this but couldn't see this now anywhere. Is there a way to set up Pega marketing on a personal machine instead of accessing exercise cloud instance each time and losing what we do after its shutdown?

The Pega Marketing course uses a cloud based exercise system and is not available for download as a Personal Virtual Machine.
