Can you elaborate on your requirement a bit more?  

If you are just looking to upload and include the files with work objects, you could use the attachments functionality.  If you are uploading the files for some other purpose, you might be able to review the attachments functionality to see what it uses for uploading files that will eventually be attached to a work object, to see if you can leverage (or mimic) that for your purposes.

You can use Case Attachment Wrapper section if your requirement is to add the file to the work object.
