This problem can be caused by many issues such as missing files, different version, incorrect paths, or corrupt files. The easiest troubleshoot method is to clean and rebuild your solution in Studio. This will delete all the files in your Debug folder and recreate them to test if the file is corrupt. Next, check the path name by using windows explorer and traveling to the path and making sure the file exist in that location. Once in the location right click on file explorer to bring up the context menu--> Sort By-->More...--> enable file Version and post the version here. Can you run a new project without any errors? Also have you ever had Studio working correctly on the machine with the issue before?

From the looks of the details of the error message, you are running your project on a network share, the particular version of Studio (Visual Shell 2010), is unable to load project assembly files from a network location.
Please move your project to a local directory (i.e. c:\<path location>) on the machine and test running the project from there.
