loading properties file in pega robotic automation

Hi

how to load properties file in robotic automation for first time and get the values based on key for later use.We can write C# script to load the properties file.Is there any other way?

If you import an object into the project then the properties of that file (including its keys, if it has them) should be available on the automation level. Are you importing the file to the project directly? Adding it to the global container?

Hi,

Thanks for your reply.We created script component in global container to load the properties file on start of automation with return type as dictionary. Exracted the proxy and used getItem method at different places within the project by passing key to get the value from properties file.
