could not load file or assembly 'newtonsoft.json version=12.0.0.0
Hi,
We are presenting inconvenience when we lift the runtime, with the DLL Newtonsoft.Json.
With Runtime the of Robot Studio works well.

Hi,
Please check you have Newtonsoft.Json.dll file available in your Runtime installation folder. It should be there unless your installation is broken for some reason. If it is not, please reinstall Runtime.
If it is there, most probably its version is different from the one referred in project. Please open .osproj files of your solution and see what is referenced there - it contains lines like this:
<Reference Include="Newtonsoft.Json, Version= Proprietary information hidden, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=30ad4fe6b2a6aeed">
<Private>False</Private>
<HintPath>$(PEGA_STUDIO_PATH)\Newtonsoft.Json.dll</HintPath>
</Reference>
You can try to update the reference in Studio (by deleting and adding it back) or remove "Version" and "PublicKeyToken" properties here, rebuild and see if it works after that.

If the error is not related to particular solution and if you see this is failure of RPA Service in the log, then please update RPA service to version 3.1.14 or higher (comes with Runtime 19.1.50+).
