Could not static assemble built on application

We would like to static assemble our built on PM application. However the build on Application name is not present in static assembly drop down.

The list seems to be populated by the activity pzShowApplications by looping through pxThread.pxSecuritySnapshot.pxAvailableApps list which does not contain the built on PM application.

How do i static assemble my built on PM application. Does triggering static assembly of our application does an assembly of the built on application?
