Error loading media. File could not be played

When I started first lesson I see this "Error loading media. File could not be played"  when trying to play video file for this lesson.

Tell me please how I can fix this?

Dear MiroslavV,

 

If you have problem playing the video, you may want to consider using an alternative video player. Go to the Set Preferences menu found in the Operator menu on the top right hand corner, then select brightcove video player and dismiss the window.

 

Please try the above and let me know if it works for you.
