Hi thanks for the response. i have attached the log.
Detailed description: I have started installing first time it was stuck after the data tables load 2 to 3 hours it was stand still after the data base tables update (no exceptions on the logs that time) so i have aborted and restarted the process
now , I am getting the issue (attached) ..not able to get the database server re started (some file is missing). i checked services running on the port but found nothing

Looks like it is having some issue with restore of the database process during the second time run, could you delete the previously run content from postgres and retry from the scratch by downloading it freshly.

I cleared the personal edition folder (created) and the extract folders and tried doing it from scratch. for couple of times for now but no use.
not sure what is restricting. ill do some more research .
pls let me know if you have any idea. thanks
