Connection problem flow not getting invoked: FDBK-15170

Hi! Are there any updates about an enhauncement request FDBK-15170 (https://community.pega.com/support/support-articles/connection-problem-flow-not-getting-invoked)? Maybe it has already been fixed in new versions (couldn't find anything in documentation, but the problem was detected in 7.1)?

Regarding FDBK-15170, I see it is still in the Pending-Triage state. This has still not made its way in to the product.
