Connect-Rest StatusEngine rule Connection is getting failed

Test connectivity is getting failed for Connect-Rest rule when we click on Test connectivity button even though the URL, Header, Basic authentication is correct. When the same thing is tried in Soap UI it works fine.

Can someone help us rectify this issue.
