Getting encoded data in Connect-REST Response

We are getting encoded response in connect rest, however when we hit the same endpoint we receive in expected JSON format. Any suggestions?

Please enable the loggers in Admin Studio to troubleshoot the request, response headers, and raw JSON format request/response. I hope, this will help you isolate the problem.
