Connect-rest proxy in 7.4

Hi Team ,

In 7.4 pega has provided OOTB with Data-ProxyAuthentication data model.

trying to hit with RUF @(Pega-IntegrationEngine:ServicesUtilities).pxApplyHTTPProxyConfiguration(IBMDAX,False,aProxyConfPage)

still not working .Is there any alternative except server level configuration .

Tried with both scenarios which is not helping . Need assistance on this
