Hi all！
I am working on Pega 8.24.0. I have met one problem as below. The connection lost. Please refersh the browser.
Any one know the reason for this issue?

@Shipeng_Tian I was only able to find the following for older Pega versions:
Live Chat does not connect to CSR agents [SDR-172]
If the issue persists please log a support incident via the MSP.

Did you get any solution for this. We are also facing this issue after upgrading from 8.7 to 23.1.3. Thanks Prasanna

This error comes up when the websocket closes, which could happen if there isn't a stable network or if there's good speed internet but not consistent.
You can override this from ShowWebSocketClosureNotification when rule.

Thanks your reply, this solution looks like we can close the notification.
Could you give more clarify about this notification in the background?
When we received the Web Socket Closure notification, does that means the Web Socket already closed?
What 's the purpose for this web socket? if we just close the notification, what will happen? Do we have any settings need to update to avoid the Web socket close.
