Configuration required for Constellation on Personal Edition

Personal Edition comes with VMware configuration. What configuration do we need to perform to run Constellation(or Cosmos-React) application?

Do we require any docker/containerization for installing Personal Edition? 

We configured DSS 'ConstellationSvcURL' with 'http://****:***/prweb/constellation', however, it's not allowing to load constellation screens. Kindly suggest.
