I raised the following in my support portal but I have been advised to raise these issues in this community:

Following two features need to be added to a collection rule:

1. Currently a collection rule does not allow creation of page type parameters due to which parameterised pages cannot be passed to other rules being invoked from the collection rule. This needs to be corrected.
2. A collection rule will not let entire param page be passed to other rules being called from the collection rule (Like Activities, Data Transforms). This feature should be enabled.
