Customer Value and Risk Calculation - Collections
Hi,
We're planning to implement Process Automation in one of the Credit Collections Processes, for an Automobile Vendor.
And here, there is an ask to calculate the Customer Value & Collections/Default Risk.
Looking for some guidance on how to approach this & whether there are any OOTB CDH(Customer Decision Hub) Products for the same.

@ShreeramK There is no OOTB CDH product for Collections.
However, we have Financial Service accelerator for CDH application. The Accelerator includes Data model and Retail banking template to jumpstart your collections decisioning use cases using CDH application.

Also, you can create Predictive models in CDH or import third party predictive model to support your requirements. (Predictive analytics | Pega)
