Co-Browse feature, How can we enable in our Dev env App studio
Hi Folks,
I understand that we can enable Co-browse in dev env App studio by click on the checkbox in Setting and then General, we have co-browse check box to enable. But here I am facing issue that that check box is enabled in another higher env and disabled in this env.
As we know that it can be enabled either one env of the application, so here my ques. is who have the authority to enable/disable co-browse in respective env ? Is it PEGA or from our developer access ?
Please answer if anyone have any idea on this. Thanks in advance for your response.

In most cases, developers do not have direct access to modify environment-wide settings like Co-browse enablement.

@kolow Thanks For your response.
If from developer prospective we can not do the env changes , is it can be done by anyone from the project lead who will have the access to these things ? or Only PEGA CS can do the change ?

@RAKESHD8873 That can be done at your side, but first you need Pega Co-Browse license and then you can follow the steps from the document I've shared.

@kolow Yes we received credentials from Account Executive.
But here my ques. is as we know Co-browse can be enabled only on one environment of the application. We are seeing it is enabled in our higher env(QA) . So as per development prospective and requirement, we want this to be enabled in our lower environment(DEV). Here it needs to be disabled from QA env and to be enabled in DEV env. How can we do this ?
can we do this environment setting changes from our side ? if we can, then how ?
