Cloud Instance is not getting provisioned

Hi,

While doing the exercise, When i click "Request Cloud Instance" under Chapter 14 CPDC v 7.3.1 , It shows up provisioning instance and refresh back to the same "Request Cloud Instance" Page. It's not provisioning the cloud instance. Please FIX this.
