Closing a spin off flow on from a different stage

We have a spin off exception flow which allows a user to take multiple exception resolution steps without disrupting the main flow.

We would like for this spin off exception flow to close when a certain stage is reached, as the exception is no longer relevant.

Does anyone have guidance as best practice to do this?

Hi Marc,

 

I haven't worked with Tickets before an am stuggling a little with where to learn about them. Is there somewhere you would recommend to learn where to use tickets to fix the above issue?
